Food Service Assistant (m/f/d) – Kitchen & Cashier (Full Time)

Berlin – Prenzlauerberg | Start: November

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes, focusing on ramen and sandwich making

  • Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation of food

  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in all work areas

  • Assist with prep work, inventory management, and daily kitchen tasks

  • Handle cashier duties as needed, including processing payments and interacting with customers

What we’re looking for:

  • Passionate individuals, ideally with some kitchen experience or flair

  • Enthusiasm for fresh, high-quality food

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a good team player

  • Basic English skills required; German is a plus

  • You’ll split your time between kitchen prep, cooking ramen and sandwiches, and cashier duties like taking orders and processing payments. Busy times require teamwork and focus, while quieter moments may involve cleaning and restocking.

  • Previous experience is helpful but not mandatory. We value passion and willingness to learn. Training will be provided to help you get comfortable with ramen preparation and cashier systems.

  • Basic English is necessary for clear communication. German language skills are a plus, but not required.

  • Yes! We are proud to share our knowledge and philosophy. This role is a great opportunity to learn ramen from scratch and understand what good hospitality means.

  • Our operation hours are usually from 9 AM to 23 PM, exceptions may apply. We work in a two-shift system ranging from 6 - 8 hours, depending on the workload.
